Educational
Background:
I attended Leopold K-12, graduating in 2000. I
graduated from SEMO in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Education,
Exceptional Child. In 2013 I graduated from SEMO with my Masters in Special
Education. In 2017 I graduated with my Masters in Administration from Semo.
Teaching
Experience:
I taught in St. Louis for a year for the Special School
District. When I moved back to the Southeast Missouri area I taught for Perry
County District 32 for 7 years. In 2012, I began teaching for Leopold
Elementary. In 2019 I began serving as Principal.
Plans for this
year:
I would like to provide our students with a welcoming and
caring environment and look forward to watching all students learn.
Family
I am married to
Alan Beussink, and I have two sons, Cohen and Finn.
Other
Interests/Hobbies
I love to read, enjoy spending time with my family, and
traveling.
